A few years ago, I hit one of the lowest points in my life. In 2020, I was stuck in a toxic relationship, relying on drugs and alcohol, and barely holding it together. I gained weight, hitting 230 pounds, and felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. I hated looking in the mirror. I had no direction, no goals, and honestly, no hope. By the end of 2021, I finally decided I’d had enough. I left the relationship and chose me for the first time. I joined the gym in December 2021, and from that moment, my life started to change. The gym wasn’t just about losing weight; it became my therapy. It gave me back my confidence, my self-worth, and a sense of purpose. I went from 230 pounds to 175, but more than that, I became a person I’m proud of—inside and out. This journey showed me what I’m capable of, and now, I’m here to help you do the same.
